Order preparation, shipping and handling
Order processing
At Sauvage-s, we're a great team, but there are only 2 of us, so it takes us a little while to prepare your order and get it to you. But don't worry: we process orders in 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday)!
Picking times
To offer you wild plants, we sometimes have to be away. Between June and September, we may be less available. Order processing may then take 1 to 2 weeks, but we will leave a message on our home page.
Pick-up
If you'd like to pick up your order from us, no problem! Once your order has been processed, we'll send you a message when it's ready for collection.
Shipping
Our shipping costs are $10 from anywhere in Canada.
If your destination is on our route, and in order to reduce our impact on the environment, it's not unusual for us to ship your order ourselves. In this case, we will contact you.
Good to know:
- If your order is over $65, we'll pay for shipping!
- If you buy a single herbal tea refill or 2 spice refills, shipping is included in the purchase price. These items are sent in letter format, so there's no need to make a parcel, and everyone's happy!
