DESCRIPTION

This herbal tea takes you on a stroll through the woods, a world filled with trees and shrubs that give off such pleasant, enveloping scents. What do these northern plants have in common? Their strength!

In addition to the fresh, resinous, and warming taste of Dans l'bois, all the plants present offer you their powers linked to their hardiness. This "antioxidant - anti-inflammatory - antiseptic" trio is perfectly suited to winter ailments (colds, coughs, etc.).

A good excuse to have a cup from time to time, to strengthen your body and... warm your throat with delight!
INGREDIENTS

Ingredients :balsam fir, Labrador tea, sweet gale, thuja.

All the plants used are wild-harvested.
using advice

- Place a tablespoon of herbal tea in your teapot.
- Heat 1 liter of water to 80°C, i.e. just simmering before boiling.
- Pour it into the teapot and wait 5-7 minutes before enjoying.

We love adding a little honey or maple syrup/sugar: it goes really well with the woody notes!

Note that balsam fir is a little bitter, so don't let it steep for too long. We recommend removing the herbs when you're happy with the taste.

Limit yourself to 2-3 cups in a single day.
